Entered here on 10/16 approx 3:45 PM with a stroller and toddler. Incredibly chaotic at the bottom station trying to get to turnstile. Upon getting close to the turnstile, the booth agent directed me to go to the gate as my stroller would not fit through turnstile. I make my way to the gate, upon it being unlocked, I entered through and immediately on the other side were four RATP (transit) fare enforcement agents who came straight to target me as I struggled to get the stroller across the gate. They chose to assess a non-payment fine as I did not tap my navigo card on the turnstile before going over to the gate, even though I had a valid pass which would’ve permitted me entry. Upon trying to clear the confusion, one of the agents made incredibly unprofessional remarks and inappropriate remarks to my pregnant wife. Even as I finally agreed to pay the fine just to get out of the situation. The booth agent did not provide clear instructions to validate first before going through the gate first. These people are supposed to be expertly trained in deescalation and conflict resolution, I would not hire these 2 agents to work at a gas station. The other two agents were professional and calm but unfortunately had to follow the unfair decision made by the unruly agent. RATP was a world class act our entire visit until...
