I had an excellent experience at this Loewe boutique. I went in looking for a push present for my wife, who is about to give birth, and honestly didn’t know where to start. The team was incredibly helpful — patient, attentive, and very knowledgeable.

They guided me through the different options, explained the background and craftsmanship behind each piece, and really helped me narrow down what would make the perfect gift. I never felt rushed or pressured, and I appreciated how thoughtful and professional the whole process was.

In the end, I found something truly special for my wife, and I left feeling confident in my choice.

My first Loewe buying experience was served by Rudy, and it was nothing short of comfortable. I went to the shop to check out the availability of the bag that I was eyeing on. I said hello to the staff and show him the bag on the website. He told me that I can check out the availability MYSELF. Then I checked it out and saw that it was available at Printemps and Lafayette. I was about to leave but still scrolling on the list and realized that the bag is very available at this boutique. The staff is NOT helpful at all. He was not willing to help me out. I was very disappointed of their attitude. Shopping gotta be fun but turned out very stressful cuz now I gotta squeeze my head to write this kind of review. Ps: I ended up buying the bag for my pleasure

Je suis allée pour chercher mon panier de rêve pour cette été. Mais le rêve devient un cauchemar car le vendeur n’est pas trop à l’aide. Il ne m’a pas aidé à vérifier la disponibilité du sac.
