I visited Paris to buy shoes for my wedding. It was like long awaited trip, I could not think of any better place to find my dream wedding shoes. My aim was to buy shoes at Jimmy Choo shop, I had also Christian Louboutin in mind. Unfortunately, service in both of these shops was a disaster. I felt more like on some street market than in high fashion shops.
I was totally discouraged and my mood was damaged completely. A little resigned I entered Valentino shop before catching a taxi. And then huge surprise - Mr Walid took amazing care of me and my Fiancé. He was passionate, He took time to show us everything and His knowledge about the brand and history of particular shoes was impressive. One world I could describe Mr Walid with was just outstanding.
He managed to make my mood good again and made me enjoy shopping. Although I did not find shoes that would match my wedding dress that day I wanted to buy something just because of the service we were provided with. I will definitely come back to Valentino because...
Read moreValentino has always been the favorite brand of mine. Finally managed to get our stuff from the boutique directly as we are tourist. The service received from the staff Esther was magnificent! Initially we only wanted to get T-shirt, but with her amazing help, we got more stuff. She even offered to send our shopping bags to our hotel. Before we came to valentino; we were at LV and Dior, none of them offered such service and not forgetting they even served us drinks.
The shopping experience at valentino was definitely magnificent apart from the amazing collection that they have.

Read moreToujours aussi impressionné par cette boutique Valentino! Les conseillers de vente sont parfaits, efficaces, connaissent les produits et sont attentifs à vos demandes. Je n’ai rien d’autre à dire à propos de la boutique, elle est parfaite. Je ne mets en revanche que 4 étoiles pour 2 raisons: 1) malgré que la boutique soit la plus importante de Paris pour Valentino, tous les produits des collections actuels n’y sont pas présents. 2) si vous venez pour un article CASSÉ ou ENDOMMAGÉ, le service est extrêmement laborieux. Déjà le délai: jlai acheté un bracelet en cuir qui s’était défait, j’ai du attendre 7 semaines pour qu’il se fasse réparer (pour un noeud je le rappelle!). Une fois que le bracelet est arrivé à la boutique, on m’a appelé à minuit (oui oui minuit) pour me dire qu’il était enfin arrivé. J’y passe donc 5 jours après pour le chercher, et après une demie heure de recherche ils le trouvent enfin. Par contre le bracelet est arrivé dans un état entièrement neuf, j’ai même l’impression qu’ils ont changé la partie en cuir. Merci encore...
