👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 : Waiting for an hour and some Channel staff was so not welcome at all. They re rude and look down on us. This is Chanel , I expect more on luxury shopping experience. This is worse than other normal shop in Paris!

🌟👍🏻😊 : What is great about this shop is the best SA, SANNA, she is super nice and kind to me. She showed me 7-8 pairs of shoes and let me try on everything. She responded me in every requests I asked. Moreover, I asked to see many bags , and she actually helped find bag that fit my preferences ☺️ .. She treated me with smiles and respect.☺️ Btw, I finally got everything I was looking for ! Thank you SANNA , You re the best! 🙏🏻🥰
👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 : The worse part is here At first I didn’t really have good experience with Chanel , 31 Cambon. As soon as I arrived, a staff greeted me and didnt tell me about anything. She just asked me to wait and some SA will come to me as soon as they’re available. I already informed them at the beginning that I didn’t book my visit in advance if that’s okay. the greeting staff said It’s okay to wait here no need to do anything. So I was sitting there waiting for 30 mins then I walked to another staff ask her about waiting time then she asked me my name and I was so confused because when I came in noone asked my name , just only ask me to sit and wait. However she was so rude saying that If you don’t have your name in the list you have to wait more than an hour or two and It’s up to you, she cannot help. She was not even asking about how I come in or asked the person who’s responsible for this job to talk to me. Then she walked away… 🙄 I waited for a bit for the same welcome staff to come back then I approached her again to ask her about the situation and she said I can wait for 15-20 mins more and someone will come to me. I would say this part is very bad and rude to be honest. Not a luxury shopping...
Read moreIt was the first time I head to this "white" CHANEL, I didn't do any reservation ahead, I didn't do any hands up before I want there like others successful buyers did. I was getting there around afternoon time, and I was quite surprised that no one queuing up. The gentlemen just nicely open the door for me, and the reservation staff I guess, just say hi to me and ask what kind of products I targeted. I just tell I wish to see some earrings, skincare or bags if possible. She ask me to stay for awhile in the jewellery section to wait, and my angle SA called NA, came in short with her elegant and friendly smile. I told her I target some kind of simple style logo earrings, really have to say, not much choice as most the earrings are so colorful for me. But I still met one which is simple with the pearl, as I really wish to get one nice earrings, I just ask her to wrap that for me. NA is so nice, which she actively suggested she would try to get a new pair if they had. And she did it!!:)
Not just that, I told her I wish to have a look for the bag. So while she tried to search the new pair, I went to the fashion/ leathers section maybe. To have a look, and obviously, not much choices as I imagine. Later, NA knew I wish to get some classic and low profile color. She offer me a small flap bag with top handle (if I rmb correctly), I totally forgot to take a pic, becoz it look not good on me at all..sad... and also two size of duma (backpack) with dark blue color in caviar leather. They look cute, but still...not my cup of tea..
At that time, NA definitely brought me a bigbig surprised! She brough me a small cf in light grey with champagne gold color hardware! ...Jesus...SHE KNEW I MUST LOVE THAT!AND I AM!
And she offered us some drinks before I went shop some skincare and perfume. The male staff was nice, introduce me the nice BEIGE perfume, and skincare.
Lastly, think you NA for your helps on that day. I love the bag you brought me, and wish to visit you soon.
