However, to my dismay, upon arriving at the store today alongside other consumers eager to purchase a pair for personal use, I discovered that all available pairs had been claimed by resellers. When I brought this issue to the attention of the salesperson on duty, she refused to take any responsibility for the situation, citing a change in policy that was not communicated to customers. Consequently, she claimed there was nothing she could do to rectify the situation. This experience has left me questioning the integrity of your brand and its commitment to customer satisfaction.
