Would not recommend. Not sure why this salon is on any recommended list. First, she got shampoo all over my face and drenched water all over me during the hair wash. The blowout was frizzy and she did not know how to do curls with a round brush. She then insisted on using a curling iron despite my requesting a brushing with curls with a round brush. When I went to check out, despite my booking the service for 60 euros online, she tried to charge me 105 euros. When I questioned the cost, she stated it was for a mask treatment. When I told her I didn’t ask for a mask treatment, she said they always do a mask if you’re getting a brushing. If that’s the case, why isn’t the cost included in the cost of a brushing? She finally went back to the manager and came back and said the cost would be 80 Euros because she used a curling iron. I did not want her to use a curling iron nor did she inform me of the charge. I definitely do not recommend this place. Lousy blowout, overpriced, and shady business tactics. I really don't know why this hair salon is recommended by Vogue. I simply had the worst experience ever. Completely incompetent and rude as only parisians can be. I asked a basic coverage of a couple of white hair and left with a red patch on my forehead. I am a natural ash brown/blonde. never had a color done, never a balayage. And this bunch of incompetent simply ruined my hair. I have now a reddish nuance everywhere (their way to solve the problem: spread the ginger all over so the patch is less RED). I love this place because they have really good customer service. The first time I went there was to get my hair coloured but I felt that the colour was too bright for me and so I called them up asking if they could fix it for me and the kind lady on the phone said ‘ of course it’s not a problem’. So I went there the next day and they fixed the hair colour for me and i love my hair colour now. They didn’t even charge me extra.
