Incarnation is a spirit made flesh. This restaurant as a spirit, it wants to share the love for each other cuisine, so that we meet on this bridge. Itโs a noble wish. But does this wish become a reality? Can he be made flesh? Well, at least, yesterday, during the lunch I had , it did. I truly felt that love, and as love does, it brought me closer to the other side. And judging from the reactions from some customers on the other side of the bridge, it was not a one way bridge.
Iโm very attached to the quality of the description of the dishes. Thatโs why I appreciate it with a good storytelling, since a good understanding of the food and its background story increase exponentially my experience. Here, itโs not storytelling, you have a full representation! Indeed, thanks to the restaurantโs shape (kitchen in the center), the dishes are cooked, explained and finished in front of you. The service is on top tiers one/two stars level (without the formalism but with the kindness). You ll leave with a gift bag (a trademark of most of the two plus stars or one star on the road for two). The crowd was friends and couples. I found it better than the first time (although, the water was really exceptional the last time). One appetizers is exceptional in particular. It literally brought tears to my eyes. Also they reduce the capacity, make it more comfortable. Interestingly, itโs one of the best restaurant to come in Paris if you love old school tableware.
