I ordered a baby changing table from Smallable in early September, with an estimated delivery time of around four weeks. By mid-October, I still had not received the item or any updates from the company. Given the delay and my urgent need, I requested to cancel the order and receive a refund in early November.
Since then, Iâve been repeatedly following up with their team every few days to get the refund processed, as they assured me they would. Despite this, on November 22nd, they called to arrange delivery of the order I had already canceled. To make matters worse, another call came from a different number to schedule a delivery for today between 8 am and 12 pm, with no indication it was from Smallable. Assuming it was unrelated, I waited all morning only to discover it was for the canceled order.
The poor communication and mismanagement have been shocking. Iâve wasted an incredible amount of time tracking the order, attempting to cancel it, and waiting unnecessarily for a delivery that should never have been scheduled. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and...

Delivery company simply ignored my emails and after contacting your call centre I was promised to be contacted with an update for delivery details. Two days later I had to call myself again. In the end we had to refuse the order we have never received. Today is April 4, I still have not received the refund even after confirmed that smallable proceed with the refund transaction on 26th of March. I tried calling again but it is just impossible to get through (my last email the was sent on Monday, today is Wednesday and it still hasnât been replied to). I had one of the worst online shopping experiences with this store. My order has been on hold with the carrier for over a month, and the store has done absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. They arenât making any effort to retrieve the package, issue a refund, or even offer a store credit. Every time I contacted customer service, I was met with excuses or complete indifference.
