Worst customer service ever!
A week after purchase, the ring I bought had fallen apart during use (without me noticing. It apparently consisted of several parts and needed to be screwed together from time to time to keep it from falling apart, but no one had informed me of that!). When I visited the store with my half ring, I was treated arrogantly by both the store staff and the manager. According to them, I should have understood myself that the ring needed to be adjusted regularly to keep it from falling apart and all I could be offered was a possible price quote for a spare part for the ring. Pour la premiĂšre bague, toutes les pierres sont tombĂ©es au bout de quelques semaines. La boutique me lâa Ă©changĂ©e contre une nouvelle, mais le mĂȘme problĂšme sâest produit : les pierres sont Ă nouveau tombĂ©es. On mâa alors expliquĂ© que la procĂ©dure consistait Ă lâenvoyer en Espagne pour rĂ©paration. Je mâexĂ©cute. Deux mois plus tard, toujours aucune nouvelle. Je dĂ©cide de passer en boutique, et lĂ , surprise : on mâinforme que la bague Ă©tait arrivĂ©e depuis un moment, mais que personne nâavait pensĂ© Ă me prĂ©venirâŠ
Lors de cette visite, je mentionne au vendeur quâune autre bague achetĂ©e chez eux sâest Ă©galement cassĂ©e aprĂšs quelques semaines, et que je lâai mise de cĂŽtĂ© depuis. Le vendeur mâassure que je peux la rapporter en boutique pour rĂ©paration. Ils retrouvent mĂȘme le duplicata du ticket de caisse avec la date dâachat (retenez bien cette information).
Quelques semaines plus tard, je reçois un mail mâinformant que je dois payer pour cette rĂ©paration car la garantie est soi-disant expirĂ©e. Curieusement, lorsquâils ont retrouvĂ© le duplicata en boutique, cette information leur avait Ă©chappé⊠Une erreur ou une tentative dĂ©libĂ©rĂ©e ?
Conclusion : Une expĂ©rience dĂ©plorable du dĂ©but Ă la fin, entre produits de mauvaise qualitĂ©, service client inexistant, et mauvaise foi Ă©vidente. Passez votre chemin, il y a bien dâautres enseignes qui mĂ©ritent...
