Today I wanted to buy Chanel lip balm and I had a bad experience, at the very entrance I was ignored and my greeting was not returned, after a few minutes and looking through the shelves the saleswoman came and was not too interested. After saying that balm was not here after all, she turned around and left, a really strange situation and a feeling of discomfort because the saleswomen hold themselves in high regard and only if you wear expensive and branded clothes do they decide to help you . I recommend Douglas on Zeil, I always have a nice experience and the saleswomen are kind and helpful. Im not going back...

Unprofessional and unfriendly staffs every single time I visited the shop. I always go there early in the morning around 10:30-11:00, non of the staffs would say hello or ask if I need help even though the shop was empty. I find it so unpleasant there every time I visit. It’s a pity as I like it more than the one on Zeil because it’s less busy and they have everything I needed but because of the arrogant service alone does make me don’t want to come...

Meine 11 Jährige Tochter wollte heute gerne rein, weil sie eine kleine Schürfwunde an der Wange und Nase hat und sich etwas dafür holen wollte. Wir haben draußen gewartet und haben dabei beobachtet, wie eine rothaarige Verkäuferin penetrant neben ihr stand. Als sie rauskam, hat sich meine Tochter statt wohl, ziemlich unwohl gefühlt. Sie wurde wohl auf "Schritt und Tritt" beobachtet..... Sie geht öfters in Douglas Geschäfte und ist auch trotz ihrer jungen Jahren gerne Kundin dort. Ein junges kosmetik interessiertes Mädchen sollte feinfühlig beraten werden und nicht wie eine Person von der man annimmt, daß sie weiß Gott was mit der Kosmetika macht. Da vergeht einem von Grund auf die Lust dort...
