If I could give zero stars, I would. The manager at this place is hands down the rudest, most disrespectful person I’ve ever encountered in any restaurant. Their behavior was completely unacceptable from the moment we walked in. They acted annoyed to even see customers, showing a lazy, dismissive attitude that made it clear they don’t care about anyone but themselves. When we raised valid complaints about our food and service, the manager rolled their eyes, argued with us, and showed zero willingness to fix anything. They were condescending, spoke to us like we were beneath them, and seemed to take pleasure in being rude. It was like dealing with an untrained, arrogant bully rather than a professional in hospitality.

The entire time, the manager couldn’t be bothered to leave their spot or do anything to assist their staff, who were clearly struggling under their "leadership." It’s mind-blowing how someone so lazy and incompetent ended up in a position of authority. This manager’s horrendous attitude set the tone for the entire restaurant, creating a toxic atmosphere that left a sour taste before we even got our food.

This was the most unwelcoming and disrespectful experience I’ve ever had. I strongly urge you to spend your hard-earned money somewhere that actually values its customers and treats them with basic decency — because you won’t find it here.

Close Frankfurts Fressgass this little Thai Food Deli/Restaurent is one of best food options in Frankfurts city center. If have been to Thailand you might have noticed that it is impossible to get authentic Thai food in Germany and don't expect a miracle in this regard here. Even their very spicy variants are still focused on the central european stomach. But what you will get is a good variety of euro Thai, that affordable and quickly served and has a high level of quality. My personal favourite is no. 41. Beware that this place is very popular by the people working close by, so during the week at lunch time it can get crowded pretty quickly. The staff is very friendly and during warmer days it is very pleasant to take one of places outside (and wonder how Frankfurt can be that quiet just few meters aways from the hectic...

This was my first time here with friends. You order and pay for your food first and it will be brought to your table. The waitress taking our order was lowkey rude and mixing up our orders but we'll blame it on the long working hours. The food was served in an acceptable time frame and didn't disappoint.
