The MOST TERRIBLE service I’ve ever experienced in MY LIFE. The waiter was insulting us the WHOLE time during the meal. He even teased us in front of other customers.

My friend had to fast and only allowed to eat after the time of sunset so we decided to order drinks first and wait to order the food around 15 minutes later. The waiter was extremely impatient and rude when we told him we only ordered drinks at that moment. There was a queue but they were all lining up for takeaway only. The restaurant was NOT 100% full all the time. When the customers next to us finished their food, the waiter came and YELLED loudly that “See? They finished! They finished! They finished!” He did the same for the other table as well. EVERY TIME he came to us, he insulted us with German (but I can’t understand all). We were always being polite to him but he was taking advantage of our kindness. We quickly finished our food with this very scary stress. When we paid, he even wanted to give us a lesson saying that “In Germany, you…” and my friend couldn’t stand it anymore and stopped him “That’s enough for today!” This rude waiter finally stopped and ran away. We regretted that we didn’t fight back or leave this restaurant at the beginning to let this crazy thing happen to us.

The food was good and the portion was big. I wasn't able to finish all so I made it take away. But with this terrifying experience, I won’t come...

I was with my Asian friend last night and we got a horrible service from the waiter. He came before we chose what to eat. So he became angry. The place was not full but we passed it as we thought maybe he was stressed and we tried to order. But he never stopped to bother us while he was bringing the food he was looking at others and yelling see the people finished already their plates… we were in shock. Until he went to my friend and he wanted to yell at her that in this place we don't wait. So I stopped him and told him enough so he left fast. They were always yelling in the background (female and male) so there was no manager to speak with..it was a very very negative atmosphere. Never had such a bad experience...

Ich gehe seit über 10 Jahren dorthin. Ich war fast immer zufrieden. Ich war vorgestern mit meinem Sohn dort essen. Ich bestellte mir ein Hühnerfleischgericht. Jedoch waren insgesamt nur klitzkleine 6 Fleischstücke drin, ich schätze mal insgesamt 20 gramm. Ich aß auf und bezahlte an der kasse und sagte der Chefin mit einem Lächeln dass diesmal echt wenig Hühnchen drin war. Sie wurde sofort böse und sagte das das Fleisch sehr teuer geworden ist und Sie deshalb in Zukunft nur noch sehr wenig Fleisch ins essen tun würde! Wenn ich ein Gericht mit Hühnchen bestelle möchte ich auch ein wenig davon drin haben ( Hühnchen ist echt nicht teuer;( ) Sie hat doch die Speisekarte aktualisiert und ist auch fast 2 Euro pro Gericht teurer geworden. Das sollte doch die Lebensmittel kosten ein wenig auffangen. Sie sagte das Sie Kopfschmerzen kriegt von Beschwerden. Ich sagte Ihr in einem ruhigen ton dass Sie doch nicht so laut werden solle weil jeder Gast uns anschaut. Dann meinte Sie noch das sich nur Taxifahrer beschweren würden und das unsere Berufsgruppe schlechte Gäste sind und wir nicht mehr kommen brauchen. Danke ! Es gibt genügend Asiaten in München. Im laufe der Zeit meiner besuche habe ich oft mitbekommen wie die Chefin im Lokal laut wurde zu anderen Gästen. Ich hatte auch schon mal ein Rückgeld Problem. Diese wurde aber Gott sei Dank vom Chefkoch gelöst. Die Bedienung, wenn Sie mal da ist, kann auch Nie lächeln und Danke und Bitte sagen. Alle bis auf den männlichen Koch sind extrem unfreundlich. Das verhalten dieser Damen hat in der Dienstleistung nichts verloren! Absolut unfreundlich und Mürrisch. Keine Kritik vertragen können selber, aber andere Gäste unfreundlich angehen!!! In nicht mal 50 meter radius sind 4 Aiatische lokale! Da sollte man sich überlegen ob man die Gäste so vergrault. Nur noch peinlich!!! Ich hätte schon viel früher das Lokal wechseln sollen. Ich schließe mich anderen Schreibern mit negativen...
