Storia — Restaurant in Munich

I can´t understand any negative comment about this brilliant restaurant. I had an excellent experience: the restaurant (in a brand new building) is very nicely decorated (this restaurant could be also in London or New York). Very tasteful, modern/clean but with a cozy touch which creates a lovely atmosphere. The service was very friendly and fast, I had the menu on my table the moment I sat down and all orders arrived promptly. Most importantly the food was absolutely delicious! I do travel a lot and therefor I have seen a lot of different restaurants and it has been a while that I got served such great authentic Italian cuisine. The HOMEMADE pasta with truffle was incredible, as well as the pizza bread and the dessert. The food was also very well presented. Fantastic value for money. I can just recommend this restaurant to everyone who wants to enjoy a well cooked Italian lunch or dinner. this Friday night, we made a reservation at Storia restaurant. I would like to remind everyone that it is better to make a reservation in advance, especially on weekends. This time we ordered the beef Tata, sea bass, Ribeye steak, and I also ordered a glass of Spritz cocktail with lemon flavor, although I recommend the orange flavor instead. For dessert, we had a hot chocolate cake and vanilla ice cream. I strongly advise against trying their steak, but their pasta, fish, and appetizers are definitely worth trying. The location of the restaurant is good, the atmosphere is very nice, and there is no mobile phone signal, and the restaurant does not have WiFi. There are many choices of drinks, suitable for relaxing on weekends, with family or for a date. We had to wait for more than half an hour for the dessert, which I think the waiter forgot about, and by the time it arrived, the ice cream had almost melted. Overall, it is a good Italian restaurant near Munich...

Very welcoming and stylish restaurant with a nice Bistro flair. The service is first rate, and staff is friendly and very well trained. Prices are a little on the higher side but considering the quality of the food, justified.

Carpaccio al Tartufo was light, with just the right amount of truffles to not overwhelm the balance of the beef, olive oil and cheese.

Pizza Napoletana was one of the best pizzas i ever had. Very thin dough with a light yet crispy crust. Very generous toppings and a beautiful balance of Umami from the Anchovis, Sweetness of the tomatoes with a generous amount of mozzarella and spices. If anything i would love to try this pizza with buffalo mozzarella.

The authentic freshly made Tiramisu was a perfect ending for a great meal.
