Märchenbazaar has a different atmosphere with interesting design. However the variety is very limited regards of food and drink. There was no Feuerzangenbowle, which you can find in most of the Christmasmarkts in Munich. Also the variety of food was limited to sausages and burgers, you can find different sort of foods in other Christmasmarkts, too. Another drawback is the transportation. The bus 144 is coming close to the Märchenbazaar but it is not available after 20:30, then you have to walk for a while to get U-Bahn or Tram. If you have time and want to different Christmasmarkt alternative, you can give it a try but shouldn’t be the first choice compared to Tollwood or Rosenheimerplatz...
