Pleasure Beach Hotel — Hotel in Municipality of Chersonissos

It was a pretty room with a pretty view, but looked a little different from the pictures shown when you book (that’s why we have 4 stars) Overall I’d say this hotel is amazing. The host is an absolute sweetheart and helps you whenever he can. We had Some trouble with our room and he helped us immediately. Swimming pool was great, looks small but is actually pretty big once you swim. Staff from the beach bar were so sweet and helpfull and the food was delicious. The service at this beach club is very poor. Women are treated better simply because of their looks, and when it comes to sunbeds or anything else, the staff clearly show favoritism. Service in general is extremely slow, and once you’ve already paid or settled in, you’re barely acknowledged anymore.

The food tastes good, but the flavor changes from day to day, which makes it inconsistent. The same goes for the shisha – some days it’s fine, other days it’s completely different.

Overall, it’s a beautiful beach club with a nice atmosphere, but unfortunately, the bad service makes it hard...

We booked Pleasure Beach Hotel a month ago via Booking.com, but due to the security situation in Israel, our flight was canceled and we couldn't make it.

We informed the hotel well in advance and asked to cancel, but they refused any refund or flexibility. Even in a clear force majeure situation, they showed no empathy or basic human decency.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this...
