Food is good, experience is awful. 4 people table. Arrived at around 2.30pm, ordered at maybe 2.45pm. Soup orders for 2 arrived first, then sushi orders came one by one, then 1 dish arrived. All these have already been finished, I asked where our order of 2 further bibimbaps are, server says "it's coming now". 15 minutes later, still no food. Bear in mind that this is now at least an hour before the first soup had arrived. Everyone is done eating already. I stood up and asked to cancel the bibimbaps as we just do not have time to wait indefinitely for it anymore and I asked if I can just pay and leave. A few foreign conversations between server and someone inside and that person inside comes out and says it's going to be another 2 minutes, I said sorry but we just cannot wait any further as we have bookings to go to. Then rude lady from inside says "you cannot wait for just two minutes?!" To which I just said, it has not just been a two minute wait though, it has been an hour. I do not understand how she can think that it was my mistake to expect food to be served within minutes of each other, not be served when everybody is already finished eating. I proceeded to insist to just cancel the two orders and pay. She continues to have a rant at her co-workers publicly. I pity the server. Staring, staring and more staring at us as we pack up, she is still screaming to either herself and her co-workers at the sushi counter, right next to all the tables of the restaurant. Absolutely unprofessional behaviour. If she has some sort of high position in this restaurant, she really does not deserve it. Otherwise, she should be taught how to treat colleagues as an equal and as a professional. I feel sorry to the owner of the restaurant as I can see that you take pride in your reviews, but this just had to be brought up. This lady is not how you want your restaurant to be represented. Please do not have her in a customer facing...
Read moreThe place is a bit small and crowded,we tried to get seated without reserving and were told they were booked and that we should reserve for the upcoming day,we weren’t told that there was a reserving fee that would be added to the bill,we ordered different kinds of sushi and they brought a couple extra sushi types which we actually didn’t notice because the menus were long gone and so we ate all of it , as for the food it tasted wonderful, cannot complain, we asked for the bill and we saw that it had at about 6000 FT more than what we had calculated and noticed that there was a “set” type of dish calculated but we didn’t actually ordered that ,we asked the waiter to explain to us why is that dish on the bill and he went in to ask one of the waiters and came back later to say oh sorry you just ate that ,remember ? We were okay with paying because of course we had eaten the extra sushi’s so we couldn’t do anything more about that but I don’t find it ok that you get brought extra stuff on the table without being informed ,mind you we also didn’t have the menus to check anymore.Advice for people that visit the place,be careful to check what you recieve on the table because they tend to make scams here and there when they know...
Read moreService is a bit slow. My friend and I ordered crispy sushi, fried shrimps and dragon rolls. We got the crispy sushi and fried shrimps and kept waiting for the dragon roll but it never arrived. Asked the waiter if there’s something wrong and he said that they ran out of avocados so they’re still getting the ingredients. I then switched my order to sushi without avocados and kept waiting but it never arrived. I called for the waiter again and they said that they totally ran out of ingredients for sushis and that we’d have to wait an extra 30 minutes. In the end I didn’t get anything because I only wanted try the sushi and I didn’t want to wait an extra 30 minutes either in the cold. The situation could have been avoided if they were transparent since the beginning but at least they apologized for what happened. The waiter was also cheerful when taking the orders and brought us blankets when we asked for them. They said to avoid evenings because that’s when they...
