I’ve had the opportunity to visit this place several times, and each visit has left me consistently satisfied, particularly with the quality of the teas. Whether you’re a tea enthusiast or just looking for a nice hot drink, the variety and taste they offer are impressive. Every cup has been fresh and well-prepared, and I’ve always found the flavors to be rich and satisfying. The quality of the teas alone is enough to make me a regular customer, and it’s one of the main reasons I keep coming back.

Another aspect that I really appreciate is the atmosphere. While the place can get busy during peak hours, it has the potential to be quite peaceful if you manage to visit outside of the rush. During quieter times, it becomes a calm, almost serene spot to relax, read, or have a conversation without the usual noise and crowd. my long time favorite place in Budapest... During my short visit to Hungary I arranged some of my programs around the tea house, as usual, Google showing the regular business hours, only to my great disappointment... When I got there there was just a handwritten note on the door that they are closed for the 2nd half of August. I wanted to introduce this place to my friends, Google showing it "open and not too busy", only to find a closed sign and some scribbles on the door.

Oktogon közelében van, könnyen megtaláltuk térkép alapján. A teázóhoz kicsit fel kell lépcsőzni, aztán egy teljesen más világ fogad minket, ami több részre van osztva. Egy nagyobb (székes, asztalos) terem fogad először, és innen lehet tovább jutni a különböző párnás, babzsákos, földön ülős, cipőmentes, függönyös elszeparált helyekre. Szerintem nagyon hangulatosan ki lett alakítva az egész, és mosdók is rendben vannak tartva (1-1 női és férfi van). Füstölős illat keringett a teázóban, háttérzenét nem igazán hallottunk, én azt mondjuk hiányoltam. Foglalásra jöttünk az egyik szeparéba, bár viszonylag üres volt kora délután a hely még. Azt érdemes megjegyezni, hogy ilyen esetben minimum 1000 ft/fő/óra fogyasztást felszámolnak, amúgy foglalás nélkül, ha van hely, nincs ilyen felszámolás. Kínálat is széles, vannak paninik, sütik, nasik, és rengeteg tea. Kértünk 2 féle panini-t ,2 féle sütit, 1 sült almás teát, fagyasztott gyümit meg mézet. Mindenből egy kicsit, hogy megízleljük milyen is a választék. Ízlett az összes, nem is tudnék olyat mondani, ami ne lett volna finom. Árakban azért kicsit drágább más, hasonló helyekhez viszonyítva, főleg a panini, meg a foglalásos díjszabás, ami meglepett, de egyszer-egyszer belefér az ilyen. Szívből ajánlom a helyet kisebb-nagyobb társaságoknak, mert nagyon klassz, hangulatos a teázó, illetve a felszolgáló hölgy is rendkívül kedves, segítőkész volt.
