'Food Square' is a small, cozy, pocket friendly and popular joint at College Street area. It is a perfect and most beautiful place for students to hangout with their friends and they can also grab a quick bite during the break time. Few days back I had visited their place and after having their item I had just lost my word to express. Excellent quality of foods served at a very low price. It is located at just beside Paramount Sherbat and Seyrup and just opposite of College Square. • Ambience of this place is very nice with beautiful wooden structures and comfortable sitting arrangement. Not much decorative but too neat and clean and hygienic place. The staffs are well behaved and courteous also. • They have seating arrangement of more or less 10-15 people at once. • 'Cheese Chicken Pizza' (Rs- 120/-) :- By looking the recommended items in review at verious places, I had tried one Cheese Chicken pizza. It served with 4 piece. Thin crust pizza based topped with lots of vegies like onion, red, green, yellow bellpaper etc, flavourful chunks of chicken and huge amount of cheese. The crust was not very thick but it was so soft. Overall the pizza was yummylicious in taste. • I had a great experience here. Do visit there to have a lovely time with great food at pocket...
Read moreFood Square is a small place near College Square which can provide you a pocket-friendly & delicious bite. It is located just beside Paramount & they serve great snacks. I visited this place 3 times and tried their chocolate milkshake, sandwich & momo. The chicken momo was well cooked with decent amount of filling & the soup was delicious. However I disliked the sauce, it wasn't flavourful at all & tasted bad. The momo was juicy & tasty, but it could have been made spicier, it just felt a little mild. Also it will be better if the taste of the sauce can be improved. I had tried their sandwich earlier, & it was really delicious. Their milkshakes honestly deserve a 10/10, it's really amazing. The chocolate milkshake has a heavenly taste. The only negative point is that the place is a bit small & it smells awful, just like a damp, dingy store room. I would request the owner to use some room freshner or incense sticks with good fragrances. Otherwise everything is fine. Would love to visit...
Read moreJust on the same wall with Paramount in College st. It's a relatively new food joint, a tiny place but well arranged. Not in league with new age cafes but does its job well. Pan Sharbat is unique, must try here, it's refreshing. They also offer variety of other popular drunks like soda based drinks, pinacolada etc. Among others you can try club sandwiches and pasta. The young owner is helpful in every possible way. Usually crowded with a little wait time. But definitely worth give a short. Parking as usual is difficult in this area. Best to avail public transport or have a driver on disposal while visiting this area. The area has very strict one way traffic process which makes the parking more difficult. In short expect a decent food joint with decent ambiance which is rare...
