Cookie Man - Infiniti Malad — Restaurant in Mumbai

Pathetic experience. Went here on 3rd September 2023 at around 5 pm ish. There were three staff members and all three were not friendly at all.

They were more interested in serving the ladies who were stylish. I patiently waited for my turn till the person in front of me finished tasting and buying. This was a good chunk of 5-10 minutes. However when my turn arrived the staff asked to give way to a lady behind me and said he wanted to serve her. This lady had come after me in the queue. When I asked him that is not correct and he doesn't know since when I am waiting , he didn't even look apologetic and started defending his actions.

I ended up leaving from there and didn't buy anything. I believe the staff needs to be trained in customer service and they need staff who treat everyone as equal. It's only the brand that helps this centre earn money, I beleive.

Infiniti also has Smoor by the way, they serve people with smile. You get better goods and smiles there....

This isn't the first time for me visiting this amazing store!!! This brand has the most yummiest and fresh cookies one can have. Please try it once so that you understand it's value and don't misunderstand my review as a hype!😂 you won't regret it. They allow you to taste as many flavours as you want so that you are sure 'bout the cookies before taking them home!!! My personal favourite is their 'Blackcurrant Cookies'; i can have them at any time of the day.🤤😍 They are sooo rich in flavour and essence that you will just fall in love with them. Also they have so many black currant berries in them that you won't feel like just some flour-y vibes while having them. My other suggestion would be 'Double Choco-chip Cookies'. An added fact is that they make their cookies then and there and it's fascinating to watch them come outta the machine. I've attached that...

'Yummy cookies with yummy smell'

Once you entered on ground floor of infinity mall the nice smell of yummy biscuits automatically attracted you towards cookieman shop located on thereby. So no need to ask anyone where exactly the shop is? Whenever i entered I always bought some cookies from over there. Plenty of various and unique cookies you'll find once you reached this place. Chocolate, anjir, pista many more with yummy taste in addition to that you'll get chocolates, muffins in nice decorated packing. One thing sure the Aroma of buscuits and cookies will satisfy you mentallt while eating that.
