SardaarJi Malad — Restaurant in Mumbai

Hello, I visited your outlet today at Infinity Mall, Malad, and I’m very disappointed with the overall service experience. I’d like to highlight the issues I faced so that you can take necessary action:

Your staff misbehaved and was extremely careless while taking orders. One of them was distracted on his phone while the other incorrectly punched in my order. I clearly asked for 1 Tandoori Kulcha with Chole, 1 Gulab Jamun, and 1 Water Bottle, but was billed for a Cheesy Stuffed Naan without my consent. When I pointed this out, I was casually told to take something else for the same amount instead of correcting the mistake or apologizing properly. I was not provided with the corrected bill — I was only given the incorrect one. When the order was prepared, I was handed 2 plates of Chole Kulcha instead of 1, and my Gulab Jamun was missing. I had to go back and return one plate and collect the missing item. Lastly, I was handed a torn ₹50 note as part of the refund, and when I asked to exchange it, I was told rudely to come back later when the order gets ready. This kind of unprofessional and careless behavior from your staff is completely unacceptable. It ruins the experience and reflects badly on your brand. The guy at the counter was rude and lies, despite having enough change for my order, didn't take cash and infact declined my order of lassi. I gave him cash and change for lassi and was not ready to take my order.

If I would have known this , would have never ordered from this place.

First of all, these places are heavily priced and topped up with rude service, makes the whole experience worthless. Will make sure this experience is sociliased to all sardarji outlets wherever I visit.

I visited in Thursday Morning 11.30 am, and tried the Lasnoni Kebab 6 pieces . it was ok on par the streets 80 - 120 Rs types. They were slightly rubbery but i likes the slightly burnt crisp texture. not exactly worth 320 Rs . . probably they make it in hurry , like do not give time to thaw. . I had requested them to take time and make it good , but they literally made it under 7 minutes. .
