THE MOST HORRIBLE OF PIZZA HUTS ACROSS THE GLOBE!

The worst service you will ever find AT any Pizza Hut Dine in outlet ever!!! We walked in on a Saturday night at 10:15pm and occupied a table, and it was not cleaned.

And mind you they were not even occupied full capacity.

So, I asked one of the service staff to please get someone to clean the table and if requested for a menu. This server Prathamesh, made the most disgusted face and just walked away! We had no clean table or menu until 10:45pm.

So I asked for the manager at the counter. Lalit the manager comes out to talk to me and as He approaches, this server Prathamesh rushes to our table with a menu and to clean.

However I informed Lalit of this guys rude behaviour. No action, but here's the most ridiculous part.

Our order rolls in in 15 mins, and as soon as we start digging into our pizzas, the manager lalit, without asking us if we need anything else, gets the menu to our table only and says it's closing time. This happens while 2 other tables are still eating and not received any check. We told him we will clear once we complete our meal. In 5 mins Prathamesh the rude server, brings another copy of the bill and says please pay now.. while we were eating!!

At this point we were all upset and asked him to leave us alone to enjoy our meal.

After we finish our meal, we see the other tables are just receiving their bills. This drove us even more 😡 why were we being harrassed about the bill??? We a group of 2 doctors and 2 corporate professionals. Your staff was behaving like we were convicts refusing to pay our bills. So why were we being insulted over and over..

What kind of business are you running? People come to eat and to unwind on a Saturday night after a hectic day.

On approaching and asking ther server why he was so rude when we asked him to clean, he says "i was very busy" SO WHAT???? USE YOUR WORDS AND TELL US RIGHT?? EVIDENTLY STAFF IS NOT TRAINED AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A BIG ZERO!

PLEASE TURN YOUR OUTLET INTO A TAKE AWAY IF YOUR STAFF CANNOT...

Worst service ever! We ordered a Meal for 2 which had Garlic Bread, Pizza, 2 beverages and 1 chocolate lava cake. Garlic Bread and Pizza were amazing! Very delicious and well made. However, the service is so bad. Only 1 server to serve some 20 odd tables. They forgot to serve us the 2 beverages. We finished the Garlic Bread and half the Pizza. Then we reminded them and they served us the worst Mojito ever. It was literally sprite with lemon and 3-4 basil leaves. Then we asked for chocolate lava cake and they forgot it again. We waited 20-25 minutes and then again asked the cashier woman as none of the servers were coming out. Every customer was getting impatient. Then finally she got a small chocolate lava cake and it was yuck. It was literally taken out of the fridge. It was cold. Imagine, chocolate lava cake - COLD. We just got up and got ready to leave. Complained to the cashier and I asked her to remove the charge for chocolate lava cake as it wasn’t hot. She went in and got the manager and I told her what the problem is. Instead of apologizing for the bad service and cold food, she started arguing with us. She said the chocolate lava cake was taken out of the oven in front of her and it should be hot. I said she can taste and check it if she wants. Then she is like we can’t deduct the amount as it is taken in a meal for 2 and the prices are discounted. And she was offering the same cold chocolate lava cake as takeaway. I said I am not paying for that at all and I want that amount deducted. Still no apology. She kept looking at me angrily and then deducted Rs.120 from the total bill. All the staff was inside doing God knows what during this time. There were atleast 15 tables full at that moment and there was no server around. Pathetic staff. Worst manager ever! I would have given negative stars if the food...

On Sunday I visited Pizza Hut (Infinity mall malad) and was so disappointed with the behaviour of the staff. Have been eating pizza hut pizza probably since I was 5 and now my 5 year old has become a loyal customer but these days it feels like the people behind the counter are just uneducated and don't even have simple manners. When I entered Pizza Hut I was not attended. I thought okay they are busy lets give them some time. So I waited patiently. But when I was attended the girl opened her mouth and asked "kya karna hain" how do you reply to such weird questions ? So I replied "nachna hain". My sister who was with me bursted out laughing. Then we asked that girl ( sales girl ) what is this question isn't it obvious we are here to order or atleast ask "how can I help you ?" Thats when she got all her negative energy on her face and apologised with a grump. We told her please keep your sorry to yourself because you don't mean it. Trust me if my son was not so hungry and in favour of Pizza Hut (margarita pizza) I would have never come here. Anyway he still loves Pizza Hut pizza and just because of one person I won't break my loyalty but they seriously need...
