Went to this place due to hype in social media. Ordered 8 fruit shots, strawberry shake, chocolate falooda, tender coconut shake. Total cost was about 650rs. Wasn't satisfied with my experience. One could get the same items from outside shake cafes at a better quality, taste and at a lower cost. 8 fruit shots ordered consisted of 2 pineapple juice, 2 orange juice, 2 watermelon, 2 grape juice. The good thing was that all had that natural taste, no artificial additives added in them. It's an impressive idea and good thing. The worst stuffs were the chocolate falooda and tender coconut shake. The chocolate falooda had just chocolate milk and Kellogg's chocos in them. Normally outside chocolate falooda consists of variety of dry nuts like cashews, badams etc. The tender coconut shake consisted of raw coconut in them rather than tender coconut. It was very difficult to consume and we had to leave it half. Strawberry shake was tasty but very loose consistency. All in all comparing with the price they are charging, the items aren't worth and one will not get satisfactory experience. Also the services they offer is not upto the mark. We went to this place last week and we didn’t have any parking. It was about 8:30pm and not a single person was there in the shop. The nearby shops were full of people and there was no parking at all. There was a space in front of the shop and I parked there. My wife went inside to the corridor and one staff came out and said don’t park in front of the shop. Pls take it and put some where else. You should understand not a single customer and all these arrogance. I use fruitbae in kunnamkulam and Vytilla. There everything is ok. For the owners note, there are lot of other shops near by and if your staff attitude is like this then I think you should reconsider the staff or business.
