When I stepped in this place I was blown away. It felt like wedding, birthday and x-mas together: I was in the vaults of vinyl heaven, LPs, singles and even cassettes galore were neatly sorted along the walls or placed on antique tables. The furnishing and decoration of the shop give you the impression that you have definitely arrived in vinyl heaven. It's done with so much care, love and style - it's breathtaking. After browsing the singles for ½ hour the owner invited me to the bar - yes there is even a very cosy, beautiful bar in there as well which makes vinyl shopping definitely an unforgettable adventure. Christian told me that they just moved the shop to a new location (quite close to the old one) and still were preparing for the reopening of the shop on Friday 20th September 2024. There's gonna be DJs playing vinyl - pity I can't attend the party, my holidays are over and I'll have to go back home. Well I found a couple of singles in good to very good condition which were fair priced. So if you like vinyl records this shop is a top spot to visit in Catania, next to the the Roman Amphitheatre...

The most beautiful record store in Europe !

Music city vintage has an atmosphere about it…. apart from a good collection of CDs, cassettes and LPs. There is a bar attached and you can have a drink while getting lost in music. With an enthusiastic owner and some period furniture, the old world charm is quite complete. There was a party with old music on 5th Oct that I sadly couldn’t attend. The LP prices are not the lowest in the world but they have some great 1st pressings. This is a must visit for anyone in Catania just to relax and enjoy some...
