Had a great time out on the lake. Booked a reservation through their website, which was easy. Received an email, text and whatsapp message the very next day well before my reservation. The location was easy to find. There was parking up and down the strip. Although the first parking we selected, the spot we pulled into, someone had busted the window of the car. Thus leading us to find an alternate location. We actually found a hotel that offered covered parking for 2€ an hour just 6 minutes from the pier. I didn't get the hotel name, but if you search parking near the pier, it will come up. We then arrived at the pier where we were greeted by the staff. Unfortunately their English wasn't that great, but manageable enough to get everything done. You have to provide a form of ID, which you get back after you turn the boat in and pay. They advertised the boat had GPS and radio. We got the 7 passanger boat for 3 hours and it did not come with either. I had to use my phone to navigate at times. The map they provide you with isn't very friendly. The boat went upto speeds of about 43 mph or KM, either way, it was fast enough to get to the longer sites. Did i mention you don't need a license! One of the best days of my life. Do it, just do it. Hire a boat and explore Lake Garda. Dolphin Boat staff were friendly, helpful, explained everything, showed you the boat, gave you a harbour tutorial on how to steer etc. And most importantly gave you the confidence to take control of a 40hp craft even if you’ve never done something like this before. Take the boat for at least 3h or you just won’t get the most out of it. We toured the South end of the Lake from Desenzano to Sirmione to Bardolino to Garda to Torri del Benaco then back to Rocca di Manerba and return to Desenzano. Cruising slowly to wave riding off the wakes of other boats, weighing anchor and diving into the clear warm Lake Garda water, sunbathing on the front deck, eating in the shade of the suncover and listening to music (boats have Bluetooth connection to the stereo system) made this one of the happiest and memorable times of my...

Eigentlich schreibe ich nicht so gerne Rezensionen, aber hier kann ich nicht anders. Wir kommen schon seit vielen Jahren an den Gardasee. Dieses Jahr haben wir uns entschlossen mal ein Boot zu mieten. Auf Grund der guten Rezensionen ist unser Wahl auf Dolphin Boat gefallen. Und was soll ich sagen. Wir sind nicht enttäuscht worden. Ich kann dieses Unternehmen nur wärmstens empfehlen. Von der Buchung bis zum abgeben des Bootes hat alles reibungslos und easy geklappt. Man hat auch als deutscher Urlauber/Kunde eine super Betreuung. Man wird auf deutsch betreut und alle Fragen werden beantwortet. Also, ich hatte gehofft, das es ein schöner Tag wird, aber das er so mega sein wird, hatte ich nicht erwartet. Das Personal super freundlich, es wird einem alles genaustens erklärt, die Boote relativ neu, gepflegt und sauber. Man fühlt sich gleich wie bei Freunden. Und Fun auf dem Wasser war die Kirsche auf der Sahnetorte. 🤩🤩🤩 Also eins kann ich versprechen. Das war definitiv nicht das letzte mal, das wir uns bei Dolphin Boat ein Boot gemietet haben. Jetzt kommen wir schon fast 10 Jahre an den Gardasee und das wird definitiv zum Pflichprogramm werden. Wer sich also die Orte am Gardasee mal vom Wasser aus ansehen möchte, der sollte unbedingt auf Delphin Boat setzen. Preis-Leistung 1 A +++++ Und der Service mit gaaaaaannnnnnz viel Freundlichkeit und Herz. Vielen lieben Dank an das gesamte Team. Davon können sich so einige Unternehmen (weltweit) ein gehörige Scheibe abschneiden. Hier wird Kundenservice noch ganz, ganz groß geschrieben Macht weiter so !!!
