It was great experience to buy genuine Italian leather product here. Mr. Adriano is not only excellent in his knowledge and explanation but also passionate in getting customers acquainted with the leather from Italy. He seems to be operating his own leather factory, so called "Conceria" in Italian language, and it was respectful to hear his explanation and see his products displayed in the store. I read some bad reviews in the reviews but I can say his competence in the products might have been misinterpreted. After all, he voluntarily asked to add his personal contact information to my contact lists so as to ask any questions afterward since we were about to leave Italy and there would be no direct face-to-face communication. We purchased one travel bag and one purse with natural leather color. It would have been better if I had known how to take care of my purchased bag from here but still it boasts inherent shinning features of itself. I would highly recommend to visit his store not just for buying but also for the experience of getting acquainted with the leather products...

Have been in Florence for a week. Decided to try the market which I don't usually do because I don't like being assaulted by aggressive vendors. I was looking for a portfolio and nearly gave up because I couldn't find the style I wanted which was without zippers or snaps. I saw this place thru the stalls (it's a brick and mortar shop) and it looked very well put together. Found just what I was looking for and haggled just a bit. Do I think I got a 'steal?', no. But did I get a fantastic, beautiful, well made portfolio, YES! Highly recommended for the quality. Oh and for those few one star reviews, I would ignore them. Generally you are treated the way you treat people, IMHO! I may go back tomorrow and buy a belt or wallet....

If you’re looking for genuine leather goods, this is an excellent choice. Bought a travel bag and a few other items two years ago. They’ve travelled the world and consistently get compliments.

Went back recently with my family and bought a men’s backpack and another travel duffel bag.

It’s an actual brick and mortar hidden behind the pushy salesmen and overwhelming, less authentic market products that line the street.

They’re passionate, engaging and took time to patiently answer all our questions. Yes, Adriano is a salesman (with an Italian flair), but the products are excellent quality, lined with cotton canvas and branded with his logo.

Cannot recommend...
