The younger male shop assistant is a bloody mood kill, literally the rudest person I've ever met, he seems to enjoy dumping his personal emotional trash to customers and walking all over them. It's clear that you will be warned to be "take out of shop" if you haven't made decision to buy things yet. (btw I totally followed their rules of not touching anything and waited to be helped, but the way he 'informs' you was rude and disrespectful enough to make you feel unpleasant). Consider-- they charge few hundreds euros for only sliver, semi-precious stones and synthetic stones, you do have to hesitate on the price as they are so much overpriced for their real value, but then they would tell you that "it's not our problem, it's our shop, we do what we want". I wonder-- If you people want to milk off people's wallet real fast why don't you just go out and rob passengers.
I went through many comments for their shop, and noticed that they'd even bark after the offended customers' feedbacks, suggesting that the shop is also their home so they have their rules about privacy, but hey, there are countless jewellery shops in Italy that doubles as a living/working place for the makers, this doesn't explain for your attitude, it's only because you are not educated well by your parents.
It's THE WORST experience in Italy. Tourists, come to this shop and get seriously assaulted and humiliated!...

I donât know if they are crazy poor. I think this is dishonest. If you want to get the most money with the least effort, you can just go to the street and grab it. I saw that they cooperate with Chinese e-commerce anchors, and the prices are about two to three times the price of our store. Although I am Chinese, I have always felt that e-commerce is the industry with the highest premiums and the most impetuous merchants. He told us that this is not a museum and you cannot stay here. If you really think your store can be called a museum, you can sell tickets at the door instead of posting some comments about...
Read moreMy friend went there some months ago and said great things about the jewels so i was really excited to see them. We had to wait outside for a while because only 2 people could enter at the same time which was fine by us because we were excited to buy. The owners immediately told us many rules, we werenât allowed to touch to even see anything better and we didnât anyways to comply with their rules ofcourse. The owners keep watching u like a hawk as if you are going to steal something. They donât let you take videos if you are sending them to someone else so they can pick things. They have also gotten more expensive than they were before because my friend bought a great pair of earrings for 15 euros and now nothing is of this price. They donât smile at all in ur...
