TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE – Damaged Luxury Vintage & Disrespectful Treatment.

I purchased two pieces totalling €500 this was positioned as luxury vintage, not standard secondhand, so I expected a certain level of quality and care. As soon as I got home and tried on the dress, one strap broke immediately. I then noticed another strap was barely hanging on, and the lace had four holes throughout, though only one was mentioned in the store.

Given the condition, I asked for a credit note. What happened next was shocking. The owners — a man and a woman — were incredibly rude. The man even called me a “dick” in Italian, waved his arms at me dismissively, and told me “the world doesn’t revolve around you.” I explained I didn’t return in the morning because we had an art gallery visit booked, I came back as soon as I could, within 24 hours of buying the dress.

Instead of showing any professionalism or care, I was met with hostility and left the shop feeling personally attacked and extremely upset.

Yes, the item is vintage, but at this high price point, it should be in better condition, and customers deserve to be treated with basic respect.

Please read other negative reviews. Sadly, this wasn’t an isolated incident, they’re all smiles when taking your money, but the minute there’s an issue, they turn hostile. Easily the worst retail experience...

The Italian woman who work there was rude to me, just because I tried TWO times the glasses, I said I have to think about it again, then she says: “Ok, you get out! I don’t have time to waste for you anymore! You’re not anymore the client, I don’t want to see you any more, If you don’t go,I will call someone else to let you go out!” This is how I have been treated in that store, this is not the way They treat a client, why The client couldn’t think about it for a little bit more, or maybe because I’m an Asian? if this happened to you guys, what you thinking?
