We are traveling from Asia to Europe for 3 wks vacation. All of our girlfriends usually travel annually here for shopping and holiday.
Bumped into this vintage shop for some shopping. There was shoulder length wavy hair Italian lady sitting at the counter staring at us in a very rude and funny way.
Customer service was horrendous, there were no greeting nor any acknowledgement to us patroning the shop. The lady looked at us as if we were thieves and not willing to spend.
We felt so dehumanized and humiliated as we spoke and ask questions to her politely but still we were looked down and she still gave us a funny look.
Lastly, we decided on an item that were keen on, after paying we found dissatisfaction on the item and demanded an explanation. She did not answer and said we had paid for it; there was no thank you and no eye contact.
Is this what we deserve just by being Asians tourist. We felt we were discriminated and judge on the color of our skin. This is very unfair for us as we have our human rights.
Please please please don't patron this shop, especially the Italian lady. She is the worst of the worst and deserve not to work in the shop. Please help me vote her off so that no other Asian tourist will...

I could spend hours in here! The staff were very nice and helpful. Clearly passionate about what they do, which you love to see. One of the highlights of my trip to Florence, no doubt, and I bought a few items to...
Read moreThis is not a vintage shop. There are a lot of new products. They sell second hand products from new collections that you can basically find in the shops for less then they sell it for. We even found a LV cardholder (secondhand, with hot stamp) that they were selling for 170 euros without any accesories and you can find the exact one in the LV shop (one street apart from Desii Vintage) for 155 EUROS, new, with accesories and your own hot stamp. The items that are in terrible condition are still too expensive. Don’t go there. It’s...
