My disappointment with Louis Vuitton is beyond words. I had always dreamed of owning a bag from this brand, and when I finally purchased one for €950, I was over the moon. But that joy was short-lived, replaced by pain and frustration. When I got home and inspected the bag, I discovered a clear defect. To say I was upset would be an understatement. But what followed was even worse. When I returned to the store, the staff refused to acknowledge the issue and claimed that I had damaged the bag myself. Not only did they refuse to accept the defect, but they also blamed me, saying I should have inspected the bag more carefully before making the purchase. This accusation is deeply insulting. To make matters worse, they even accused me of spraying something on the bag or scratching it myself, despite the fact that I had never even taken the bag out of its dust bag or packaging. This was a completely baseless and unfair accusation. This bag was purchased just three days ago. It was stored in its original packaging, untouched, and I hadn’t even had a chance to enjoy my purchase! Yet, the staff dismissed me outright, saying there was nothing they could do. No apology, no attempt to resolve the issue, not even a shred of respect for me as a customer. I came to Milan for work and don’t have the time or opportunity to keep revisiting the store to demand justice. But as a customer, I deserve respect and proper service, especially when we’re talking about such high prices! Louis Vuitton has deceived me, selling a defective item, refusing to replace it, and even blaming me with completely false accusations. This is insulting and outrageous behavior. I truly believed that a brand of this level values its customers, but now I see that’s just an illusion. Now, every time I look at this bag, it will evoke nothing but disappointment and unpleasant emotions. This is the last thing I expected from purchasing such an expensive item from a luxury brand. What should have been a symbol of joy and pride has instead become a reminder of frustration and regret. Terrible service, indifference, and an unwillingness to admit their mistake have left a lasting bitter impression. I would not recommend this store to anyone!

I was asked by the security guard not to touch the bags because for “monitoring”. I don’t know what he meant but I was buying the back that is why I am touching it. Location: It is located in Via Bagutta. The LV store is huge, 3 floors in total, the first are mix of men and women. Second floor is for women. Third floor is men. Service: OMG Nicolo is by far the nicest guy here! The item that I wanted is not available on this store but the other location has it so he called the other store, reserve it and have it deliver there. He is very calm, reliable and very knowledgeable of the products. Products: huge collection of products! I love it cause there is a lot to choose from. I checked online already prior to coming in so I knew what I wanted. If they don’t have it in the store they can always call the other stores to reserve or have it deliver on the same store you went to. There is one situation that happened to me here. While I was waiting for Nicolo, I was looking at the bag that I wanted and put it in my shoulder and looked myself in the mirror. The security came quickly to me and asked me to put back the item. I told the security that I am buying the product and I need to know if it looked good on me. I don’t want to buy something that it does not looked good on me. He told me “it’s for monitoring”. Monitoring of what? A lot of people inside are grabbing the items and trying it out. Plus why put on display and not looked or touched it? There should be a NO touching sign then. I kept calm but its unacceptable since I’m buying the item and people are looking at me when he said that. It could have been 5 stars because of Nicolo, but the security made me feel embarrassed, I could have walked away.

My visit to Louis Vuitton in Via Bagutta, Milan was nothing short of memorable. While it might not have been the perfect day for the saleswoman assisting me, her dedication and effort to satisfy my wishes were commendable. The boutique's location exudes luxury and class, setting the stage for an elegant shopping experience. The ambiance and décor within the store further elevated the Louis Vuitton brand's image. Now, about the saleswoman. Despite the challenges of the day, she remained attentive, polite, and genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect item. Her product knowledge was impressive, and she patiently guided me through various options. She was willing to go the extra mile to accommodate my preferences and answer all my questions. Louis Vuitton's collection, as expected, was impeccable. The quality and craftsmanship of their products are undeniable. The selection of bags, accessories, and clothing left me in awe. While my visit may not have been flawless due to external factors, the commitment of the saleswoman to ensure my satisfaction and the exceptional Louis Vuitton products make this boutique a must-visit for anyone seeking luxury fashion in Milan. I left with a purchase that I'm truly delighted with, and I'll certainly return for more Louis Vuitton treasures in the future.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Worst experience in a LV Store ever. First of all I entered with a baby buggy and there are some stairs in the entrance and no one offered help to carry it up even they saw I struggled, but I said nevermind. There was no waiting line at this time so I got a sales assistant called Rebecca. We went down because we wanted to check for swim shorts for my husband. She just pointed to the end of the store and said elevator is over there. I knew from previous visits where the elevator is, but if I didn’t know I would be lost because the elevator is a bit tricky to find. Again no assistance. Then my husband went to try the shorts and I had to ask once for another size and once for another color to try. While he was in the changing room, this sales assistance left completely. Not that she was waiting by the side to help or to assist. No, she left and when I searched for her, I found her sitting on the sofa talking with a colleague. This sofa was meant to be for customers to sit there to try shoes and I don’t find it fitting for sales assistance to sit there chatting while being with customers. When my husband finished trying the swim shorts, we went to her and asked her some questions about the model and the collection, but instead of answering, she always said that other customers are waiting. We first ignored it because it was confusing as she didn’t answer our questions, but then again she said that other customers are waiting but no answers about our questions. I told her I hat should we do a out the other customers, she said she has to go even it was obvious that we want to buy the shorts. So I told her, ok go what should I do? And she left without a word. I see this behavior very rude. Seems that she didn’t have knowledge about the products and not willing to assist. It’s not my problem if other customers are waiting, sorry to say. And when we left (sure without buying anything) we found that no one was waiting from the customers and that other sales assistant have been free. This Rebecca did a mistake because we wanted to spend some serious Euro there this day, not just for the swim shorts, but wanted to buy some other items too and if she checked my profile she would see that I’m a valuable customer, but sure won’t spend another Euro...

If you are a U.S. Citizen, beware of this location! I recommend you go elsewhere for the purchase. I told the sales associate, Valentina Pacco, exactly what I wanted and ended up adding another bag and wallet to my purchase. While completing the paperwork for payment, Valentina asked me how I was traveling back to the United States. I told her we were driving to Zurich and flying back. She responded “perfect, at the airport you get this stamped and and put it in the mailbox”. She said this at least 3 times so I would know how important it was. I left the receipt in the bag until I arrived at the airport bc of Valentina’s instructions and I did not want to misplace it. When I got to global blue I was told I needed to get this stamped in Italy rather than Zurich. I believe the sales associate, Valentina Pacco, gave me incorrect information in order to keep her commission at a higher dollar value. I emailed the sales associate and tried to reach out to this boutique multiple times and received no response. When I reached out to Louis Vuitton customer service they agreed with me but said I needed to contact boutique to make this adjustment. I have not received a response. Louis Vuitton should stand behind their employees and be responsible for their actions. I paid taxes on the items in Italy and then again when I arrived back in the U.S. When making this large of a purchase from a well known establishment you expect them to give you honest information. Instead, I was taken advantage of by Louis Vuitton. I made multiple purchases in Switzerland and had no issues with tax refund. I will not be making another purchase from Louis Vuitton after this experience of deceit. There are too many other designers that treat...
