If I could give less stars, I would. I cannot complain about the baristas nor the coffee/sweet quality, but the cleanliness and the bathroom is absolutely horrible. For it to be a Starbucks and have only one toilet for both genders is bad enough to begin with, but they're always dirty, broken to the point that there are no seats, nor even the flush coverings on them, never have any tissues or soap, or even when there's soap no running water on tap is to me is unacceptable. How can a Starbucks franchise not have the funds or care for a bigger bathroom, or at least a worker to clean and keep it stocked throughout the day? I really do not like coming to this location for this reason only. Unfortunately for me I have to for meeting with others, and it saddens me that over the years the management has done NOTHING to improve their hygiene. I hope more people bring this up so a change can happen, but for such a big change it shouldn't be us customers asking for them to provide basic...

They have a lot of sport to charge your electronic items and with USB, perfect for tourists.

The drinks taste good like any Starbucks, always I ask frappes.

What I did not like is that baristas who give you the drinks as it should be and others do not.

A drink that has three flavors and one day they gave it to me very well prepared, you can see the three colors and it even has some small candies on top, on another day they didn't give it to me at all like that, you can see the photo of the mixture colors and with nothing on top and honestly they charge me the same and that bothers me.

And at the counter there is a guy who keeps looking at all the girls, he even made me feel uncomfortable and he didn't even see me. he usually sees girls with bare legs. Watch out for that Statbucks.

We are used to the fact that Starbucks always has a normal, non-toxic atmosphere, but this time something went wrong. It all started during the order, the girl who took the order, first decided to hug and chat with her friend (we were not against it, although it was just a waste of our time). Then we made an order, and she ordered the wrong coffee, when we told her that it was not the one we ordered, she began to rudely prove that it was what we ordered and that it was not their fault.
