We stayed in Armani hotel on July 22 through July 26 2016 in room #506 The hotel is in the good location and looks good and clean. The rooms are nice and very modern. everything in the room is controlled by an Ipad! Unfortunately we had some bad experience that we feel that future guests should know about! on our last night in the hotel the lights in the room lit up in the middle of the night every 30 minutes we has to get up every time to look for the Ipad and to program it to turn off the lights!!! how annoying!!! and of course we barely slept all night! we called the reception couple of times and there was no answer! in the morning we went down and talked to the manager in charge Antonio and explained to him about what had happened and he told us to come back in 30 minutes to see how he can help and maybe accommodate us for our bad experience, so we went back to our room to pack and then i realized that my BOSE headphones were missing! we looked all over the room and we called the reception and notified them, they sent the house cleaning people to help us look for them and we could not find them! We came down again to talk to the manager and some other manager by the name of Francesco Liguori talked to us, again we told him about our experience in the room with the lights and about the missing BOSE headphones and because we needed to run to the airport he gave us his business card and told us that they will check about our complains, we left our business card and he said he will contact us the next day, of course they did not contact us the next day so we called the hotel and talked to the manager Francesco Liguori and asked him about our situation and he said that he can not disclose anything on the phone and that he will send us an email. We got the email from him! the email said that they had "checked" their cameras and nobody took our headphones and that we should look again in our hand luggage! How insulting!!! And they brought in an "engineer" and there was nothing wrong with the lights! and therefor there is nothing that they can do for us and if we will come to the hotel in the future they will give us a room upgrade!!!wow!!! We feel this is a terrible way to handle this incidents and with their questions and lame excuses made us feel very cheep for a customer that spend over $2000.00 for 4 nights in a place that suppose to be a 5 star and top notch hotel. At Milan airport I purchased new BOSE headphones for $430.00... ARMANI...
Read moreI was incredibly disappointed with my massage at the Armani Hotel Spa. I booked an 80-minute session expecting a relaxing experience, but what I got was frustrating and uncomfortable. My partner had the male (S.), who did a great job, but I got the female (G.), who seemed far more interested in S. than in actually giving me a massage. She spent way too long on one side of my body, clearly positioning herself to keep S. in view. For a good chunk of the session, she sat down to do the head massage, patting my head like you do with a pet, while she whispered to S.—apparently assuming I couldn’t understand Italian. When her whispering didn’t get his attention, she even took her hand off me to start gesturing, all while whispering across the room.
During the hand massage, it got even weirder. She rushed through my right hand, but then when she got to my left—where I have some minor deformities—she took her time, staring at each finger as if I was some sort of specimen on display. It felt demeaning and anything but relaxing.
G.’s lack of professionalism and constant distraction made this an awful experience.
Then there’s the spa area afterward, which was just sad. The sauna was barely warm, the jacuzzi was actually cold, and the entire space was so dim it felt more depressing than relaxing. The ‘bar’ area was pathetic: just some cold tea, water, and apples tossed out without any thought. It felt more like a basic waiting room than a luxury spa.
This is not what you expect from a luxury spa, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a true, relaxing massage. Total waste of...
Read moreUseful to know: The spa is maximum for 6 people; 1 Jacuzzi, 4 sauna rooms , 1 sauna is maximum for a couple. Access to spa area is 110€ for 3h, but you should call and arrange it in advance anyway; the territory is extremely clean and tidy; it’s dark inside according to Armani style, so you won’t be able to demonstrate your new bikini there:); the place is for relaxing in peace and silence, it’s extremely good if you need that type of spa. spa provides snacks like apples, nuts, also there are tear, water and range of cold drinks. I am not sure about coffee. gym is also nice, but it’s not for professional goals. definitely it’s not for children, I believe they could be bored.
It’s a huge plus that nobody rushes you because they work till 21.00. You should leave spa and gym area at 21.00, but you could spend some time for having shower and making up. Thank you for a beautiful stay and...
