She has wore it only a few times, and it broke four times. It was repaired free of charge. I have asked to replace it several times, because I sincerely believe that the necklace was defected. He told me he only could buy it back for 50 euro, but I hat payed it for 160 euro. They told be that it was my daughter fault the reason it was breaking.

Passando davanti alla vetrina vedo un bell’anello e, negozio vuoto, decido di entrare a chiedere il prezzo che in vetrina non è visibile. Sono in due e alla domanda sul prezzo, rispondono chiedendo loro a me quale sia il mio budget. Io rispondo che vorrei solo sapere il prezzo. Allora mi spiegano che per saperlo devo richiedere un appuntamento. Essendo il negozio vuoto, chiedo se possono dirmelo subito. Rispondono di no. Chiedo allora se il motivo è che devono chiederlo ad altri. Mi rispondono di no, che lo sanno il prezzo, ma che io per saperlo devo prendere un appuntamento separato. Chiedo perché….e mi richiedono che budget ho. Dicono che devono “spiegarmelo” annuendo quindi al fatto che io non sappia bene cosa cerco…. Alla fine decido di non comperare niente e uscire
