Fratelli La Bufala — Restaurant in Milan

I loved my experience here. I got the beef slices and vegetables and they were excellent. I got bufala chips on the side and they were top. The rest of the group loved their dishes so it was a win win. We also got the regular tiramisu, wonderful. The pistachio tiramisu was okay, but not as moist and rich which was slightly disappointing. The waiter was okay but not amazing, maybe he is not too comfortable in english which we understand. The music, for me, was amazing - it was 90s english. Very odd to have this style in an authentic Italian place....

I would not recommend 'Fratelli La Bufala.' First of all, when we took our table we got the menus on the counter. Then the waiter came and told us we don't need the menus and took them back to the counter. So Arabella had to get them again. Second of all,the mozzarella on the pizza was soo drippy (I expect mozzarella to be drippy but it made a massive mess).Third of all,when we paid the bill it was really expensive. One pizza was €7,50! And the salad was €11,00!When I asked to borrow a pen the waiter just said no for no reason but there was a cup...

The food was good, but unfortunately the service, specially a waiter, makes the experience unpleasant. This waiter (bald guy, beard) particularly was rude. He didn't even respond whenever you say thank you or good evening (in italian). It seems your presence bothers him. If you cannot follow simple rules of politeness in service, it just makes you not...
