Caffetteria Dante — Restaurant in Milan

Il giorno 01/08/22 abbiamo comprato una granita a €3 e 2 smoothie Solero a €4 l’uno.

Faceva così caldo che abbiamo chiesto di sederci all’interno del bar, e comprando queste bevanda era logico per noi che potessimo sederci lì ma il barman mi ha detto che non potevamo. Com’è possibile?

Abbiamo comprato in quel bar ma NON possiamo sederci dentro!

Lo trovo inaccettabile nononstante c’erano posti. Di seguito, giusto per vedere cosa mi direbbe, ho chiesto se potevo a questo punto prendere un caffé e sederci all’interno e mi ha guardato come se avesse detto qualcosa di sbagliato.

A questo punto abbiamo chiesto di andarsene con le nostre bevande in mano.

Un’altra collega sua ci ha pure detto che per potersi sedere dobbiamo pagare un’extra!!!

In qualità di cliente è un nostro diritto poterci sedere all’interno del locale nel momento in cui si compra qualcosa. Spero che lo staff sia formato meglio e che queste politiche di azieda di questo bar venga cambiato.

Le 01/08/22 nous avons acheté un granité et 2 smoothies Solero pour 4€ chacun. Il faisait tellement chaud que nous avons demandé à nous asseoir à l'intérieur du bar, et en achetant ces boissons, il était logique pour nous que nous puissions nous asseoir là mais le barman m'a dit que nous ne pouvions pas.

Comment est-ce possible? Nous avons acheté dans ce bar mais nous NE POUVONS PAS nous asseoir à l'intérieur !

Je trouve cela inacceptable malgré qu'il y avait de la place. Puis, juste pour voir ce qu'il allait me dire, j'ai demandé si je pouvais prendre un café et m'asseoir à l'intérieur et il m'a regardé comme s'il avait dit quelque chose de mal.

À ce moment là, nous sommes partis avec nos boissons à la main.

Une de ses collègues nous a également dit que pour pouvoir s'asseoir, nous devions payer un supplément !!!

En tant que client, nous avons le droit de pouvoir nous asseoir à l'intérieur du restaurant lorsque nous achetons quelque chose.

J'espère que le personnel soit mieux formé et que les politiques d’entreprise du bar soient modifiées.

On the 01/08/22 we bought a granita and 2 Solero smoothies for € 4 each. It was so hot outside that we asked to sit inside the bar, and by buying these drinks it was logical for us that we could sit there but the barman told me we couldn't.

How is it possible? We bought in that bar but we CANNOT sit inside!

I find it unacceptable despite there were places. Then, just to see what he would say to me, I asked if I could at this point have a coffee and sit inside and he looked at me as if he had said something wrong.

At that moment, we leaved with our drinks in hand.

One of his colleagues also told us that in order to sit down we have to pay an extra !!!

As a customer, it is our right to be able to sit inside the restaurant when buying something.

I really hope the staff are better trained and that these bar policies...

AVOID at all costs. We felt like we got ROBBED, can't shake off that feeling. Classic old-milan style bar, so old that it's not even cozy, just gives away that they have not spent a dime in redecorating since the 1960s. Clearly unaware of prices upon entrance, wich consist in 1,1€ for a coffee if you drink at the counter (WHY??? Really it costs 1€ everywhere around, how is your so special...?). What they won't say when you order is that, f course, if you have your coffe at the table the price actually TRIPLES as it includes service (literally 2 steps between the counter and your table). Service Rude and unrespectful of clients, not talkin about the waiters, but the guy (owner) at the cashier, ya know, the guy that has been funding his own maserati 10 cents a coffee at a time....

Deliberate scams. Charge 5 times the agreed prices in hopes of getting away with it. When confronted, they switch to Italian, and will no longer communicate with you in english.

We asked for the price of a drink and the waiter said it was 2€, we asked again a couple of times to confirm if we had understood correctly and he kept saying yes. He brought the bill and all of a sudden it was 10€, when we asked why he said that it was not 2, that it was 12 but he discounted 2€ of the original price (?) He wasn't even understanding himself as he was saying it cause he made no sense. All in all, avoid it at all costs if you don't want (bad)...
