He gave us a discount coupon for our birthday, and we showed it to the clerk when we made the purchase, but we found out after we got home that there was no discount. And we bought more than 290 euros. We wanted to return the goods for a refund, and all the goods, including the samples, were intact, but the clerk insisted that it was impossible. But why should we pay for the clerk's mistake, we just wanted to use the birthday discount coupon.

We went to the store to ask for a refund three days later because we bought it on Friday night, and when we sorted it out on Saturday, we found that there was no discount, but it was already evening and it was closed on Sunday, so we went on Monday. We didn't touch any of the goods, including the gifts. You didn't check our goods at all. And I am sure my friend showed her birthday discount coupon. So you can't trust the store too much, you must carefully check the bill...

A small store with a very good selection of many different products.

I was provided with very kind support, for instance when asking about the various options for a scent, but especially when being offered to have multiple shower gels shipped to Germany. The information about the relaxed liquid allowance at Linate airport was very useful! And also thanks for the many shampoo samples!

N.b.: I forgot the Corteccia, but should have a chance to pick it up when I visit...

I had the pleasure of visiting this L'Erbolario branch as a traveller - the attendant was incredibly kind and helpful (even with my broken Italian hampering us!). I managed to find something better than what I was looking for, which turned a simple retail visit into a very pleasant experience on my trip. I'd definitely recommend a visit if you're looking for...
