Lo store è bello e i prodotti sono di qualità, ma l’esperienza d’acquisto è pessima. Il personale parla automaticamente in inglese, come se tutti i clienti fossero turisti, e soprattutto sembra totalmente disinteressato a vendere: nessuna attenzione, nessuna competenza, zero coinvolgimento. La selezione è limitata e persino chiedere un abbinamento di colori diventa un’impresa. Alle mie domande sul lavaggio dei capi ho ricevuto risposte senza senso, indice di una totale mancanza di formazione. E come se non bastasse, dopo una spesa di oltre 200€, mi è stato chiesto di pagare 1€ per un sacchetto: assurdo. Se il brand vuole davvero restare in città, deve rivedere urgentemente il...
