Poliform — Local services in Milan

One month ago we went to the Poliform store in Milan to buy the le club chair for our house. The store manager Mr. Vincenzo Onzo was not friendly and very arrogant and hesitant to sell us a chair. He kept asking me questions about why I would buy the chair from the Milan store and I had to discuss with him that I want to order the chair from Milan and not somewhere else. Hesitantly he showed us samples of leathers and promised to send us an offer. It's been over one month and he still didn't send us an offer, he didn't even reply to my emails. Horrible store and service! We will buy our furniture somewhere else, this is not how you should deal...

My experience with the showroom has exceeded all expectations. The quality of the products are inferior. I bought a kitchen. Metal lacquer chips so easily as u using it, if u drop a spoon, your cupboard is ruined. I bought wardrobes, they squeak loudly. Have emailed South Africa agents, no response. Have emailed poliform italy and also ignored my requests. Disgusting. Don’t recommend them if u want quality furniture that looks good...
