I would put a higher rating, would they not have a menu especially for tourists, with a higher price point. We went there on a pinch for a quick panini, we saw outside on the Italian menu that it was 4.50 euros. We enter, I speak Italian, but they hear my husband speak English and straight up their attitude changed. Come ha scritto mia figlia, mai più. Siamo stati trattati davvero malissimo. Eravamo in 4, prima di uno spettacolo al teatro Manzoni abbiamo preso coca cola e crodini (cose molto semplici da servire). Dopo di noi è arrivato un gruppo di almeno 8 persone che hanno preso spritz e altri drink più elaborati da preparare. Hanno servito prima loro che noi, e già qui il primo errore. Ma la cosa più assurda è che quando abbiamo fatto presente la cosa alla cameriera lei ha alzato gli occhi al cielo come per dire “che palle“. Ma stiamo scherzando? Oltre al servizio pessimo pure trattati a pesci in faccia? Ho fatto lo stesso lavoro e so benissimo che quando si ha torto si chiede scusa, e qualche volta anche lo sconto sul conto (cosa che non abbiamo assolutamente né chiesto né preteso). Ma essere trattati così in un posto in centro a Milano mi pare assurdo.

I signori del bar hanno risposto che quelle persone avevano ordinato prima. Ebbene no, altra bugia per nascondere una mancanza e la disorganizzazione anziché chiedere scusa. Prima di ordinare sono entrata nel bar per chiedere il permesso di potermi sedere e farmi indicare dove andare a sedermi e a parte alcuni clienti già seduti, nessun'altro era al bancone.
