Probably the worst display of hospitality I may have encountered. Upon entering the storefront, the attendant barely looked up from her phone. Did not greet us or acknowledge us in any manner. We browsed the store and finally walked up and asked for a taste. We were a party of four and she begrudgingly shuffled over to the end of the counter, pulled out one small cup and poured a taste for what was clearly a one person amount. We shared the taste and never once did she think that we’d all prefer our own taste. In the entire time we were in the store she said only a single word “Limoncello”.
We had inquired before beginning our trip about a tour and were told no tours were happening. Understood. Once getting to the location it’s obvious that anything remotely related to a tour of a working limoncello factory was only a wish. This was basically a storefront with a roped off area that pretended to be a factory. If looking for a tour this is not your place.
Not sure how this store is still in business with the personnel working...

Visited limon and sampled their limoncello. They start with a molasses based mixture and distill that down . With the distilate they mix it with some different but interesting flovor profiles. Limoncello both sugar and milk based being their most popular. Yes you heard me right. Milk based limoncello. Think bourbon cream or rum cream but lemon flavored. Delicious. They also have an apple based liquor which gets props for second place and walnut and melon. Picked up 3 small bottles since we're trying to pack light. Would of bough larger bottles if we had room in our luggage. Great staff, enjoyed our visit. Would visit again. Its in a great area full of nightlife, bars and...
Read moreWas pretty disappointed. I'd read reviews about great staff and getting to try some before you brought it etc but when I dragged by boyfriend across town to go today, it wasnt great. Small, with a shop keeper who seemed annoyed to have customers. She tried to rush through the customers in front of us, and us too. I saw her begrudgingly give a tasting to the people in front of us, but not to us. We brought some of the lemon pasta, the chocolate and the melon creme liqueur - all very nice. But having brought limoncello in Naples before, I know there are better experiences out there so will be going back to old...
