THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. The owner has no manner. He insulted and humiliated me in front of everyone when it was their mistake. Even asked me where I was from which I think very irrelevant and he even said to me "YOU ARE NO GOOD TO YOUR COUNTRY" with his finger pointed at me. Please have some curtesy. I have been to 40+ countries and first time ever to be treated this way.

It was a reunion with my mother after months and I do not appreciate my experience at this restaurant at all. And I'd like it very much it if you could apologize without making any excuses like you have been doing to most of the bad ratings here.

The older guy took the order and the younger guy brought the food. It did not seem like the right one so I asked the younger guy if it was the right one when food arrived (even opened the menu and pointed at the dish) and he said yes. I thought the English translation was unprofessionally unidentical to Italian menu. So we started eating. As I finally received phone service, I translated the Italian menu and I came to know that it was not the translation but their mistake. I talked to the older guy and he immediately goes, "its ok you can pay for this not the one you older" which is even more expensive than what I wanted to eat. So I insisted, they did not give me what I ordered and I even asked one of them when the food arrived. I don't need to hold accountable for this mistake but since I have curtesy, I would pay for the one we ordered which was cheaper. and he goes. "IT'S CHEF MIISUNDERSTOOD. YOU ATE, YOU NO CORRECT, YOU NO CORRECT" "YOU DO NOTHING GOOD TO YOUR COUNTRY" "LISTEN LISTEN I AM A GENTELE MAN YOU ARE WRONG" with his finger pointed at me.

I do not care whether if it is the chef's or the waiter's fault. It was clear that it was not our fault and we should never be treated this way. The owner did not even apologize for once. And as I was paying, I was checking if the receipt was correct and he goes "WE ARE BUSY, WORKING, PAY HURRY"

This is very wrong. Please do not do that to anyone ever again. My mother was shocked. You ruined our trip. I hope you learn...

We were in search of a place to eat when we found this place with pretty good reviews on google maps and found a free table for four. We were immediately seated and given a menu. After a really short time the waiter came to take our orders; we requested another two minutes to decide on something. After just 30 seconds, the owner came and really stressed us out to decide on something and babbeled on about the menue. We then decided to share three appetizers (vegetables, mozzarella, and fried shrimp), two of which came pretty swiftly; we were done with both of them until a big plate of shrimp arrived. All the appetizers were pretty good. Not even five minutes into eating the shrimps, the first plate of food arrived after which followed a five minute break to the next one; the last two plates arrived within the next five minutes. The food was honestly nothing special and the noodles with potato sauce were overcooked with a few burned bits. We ate way better the day before (in a 4.1 star rated restaurant). We also never received a second bottle of water that we ordered at the start of our meal. After we were finished, the owner came over for the bill immediately and after we had paid he kept looking over menacingly to make us leave. Overall the service was pretty poor (just the owner - the waiter was pretty nice) and the food...

After a busy day we were looking for some quality Italian pasta, sadly we did not find that here. Firstly we were told certain items were not available, but then saw said dishes being served to other tables around us. The waiter was very pushy, telling us what dishes we wanted, with no regard for our own preferences. I strongly feel the server saw we were tourists and tried to only serve the dishes they were trying to use up, saving the nicer meals (fish, meat dishes) for the locals. The pasta was the worst pasta I have ever had. I had the potato, bacon and cheese pasta. Cheese packed underneath was not even melted, and was instead in chunks uncooked. Potatoes were not cooked and were hard. Get yourself a microwave meal, it would be better. Additionally - staff were screaming at each other - in particular I noticed the manager being quite aggressive towards the younger female waitress. Avoid avoid avoid, go anywhere...
