I have had the pleasure of working with Matteo. He was the best in helping me figured out what I need from this amazing store. I was able to obtain and wonderful perfume form this store. Matteo was great in observing what I was looking and need help with.

Greta was also there to ensure that my friend and I were taken cared of. She was able to help us with the best dinner reservation in Padova.

Ho acquistato un paio di scarpe Prada presso l’outlet di Firenze nel febbraio 2024, spendendo circa 500 €. Le ho usate pochissimo, ma entrambi i tacchi si sono crepati rendendole inutilizzabili. Al momento dell’acquisto avevo già notato lo stesso difetto sul primo paio provato, motivo per cui il negozio mi aveva spedito un nuovo paio a casa — segno che il problema non era isolato.

Mi sono poi rivolta al negozio Prada di Padova per chiedere assistenza, ma mi è stato detto che le scarpe non sono riparabili e che, nonostante siano ancora in garanzia, non è possibile né un buono né una sostituzione.

Trovo inaccettabile che un marchio come Prada, simbolo di qualità e prestigio, non si assuma la responsabilità per un difetto di fabbrica così evidente. Un prodotto di lusso dovrebbe distinguersi non solo per l’immagine, ma anche per l’affidabilità e il servizio post-vendita — purtroppo non è stato...
