REXTEL — Local services in Palermo

I'm very satisfied about the service and about the line performance BUT regarding to the bills received I have to complain that I started my contract at 35 euros per month and now , after just 3 years almost , My bIlls raised to around 60 euros or even more MONTHLY . Such an issue is an unacceptable thing as I complain you as not serious. I can understand a normal raise in terms of 5 euros .....even 10 euros .....BUT 25 EUROS PER MONTH IS REALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I tried to complain with customer service online at the 190 and a customer service representative offered me 6 months of my bills for free but I STILL CONTINUE TO PAY 130 EUROS EVERY 2 MONTHS !!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS ?????? ARE YOU JOKING WITH MY MONEY DESPITE THE GREAT SERVICE I HONESTLY ADMIT YOU PROVIDE TO ME ?

I CANNOT GO TO COMPLAIN TO THE VIA DANTE VODAFONE STORE SINCE IT HAS BEEN CLOSED BY YOU AND THAT'S WHY I'M HERE AT YOUR CORSO FINOCCHIARO APRILE VODAFONE STORE.

I've been very excited to let this shop serve me. I'm more than happy about the service these guys have provided to me and all my family I'm a Bangladeshi national working in Palermo with an honourable job as hotel general manager.
