Not sure how to rate this store yet. I loved their clothes and purchased 3 dresses, 4-5 tops and a pair of pants. The long black dress I really loved. I have been traveling since I purchased it in May—so just had the chance to wear it and see the photos. And sadly, one of the panels just shredded. See Pics. All I did was wear it to dinner and when I got home my son pointed out the issue. Can I possibly get a replacement dress? I am in Florida—but would love to have a new dress. I can send you photos in an email—but can’t get them to upload to this site. Rating would definitely go to a 5 if this issue is resolved. I love their clothes.

Forse fanno i furbetti..... Ho visto una maglietta su un post di fb che riportava il costo di 39 euro. Mi sono recata in negozio per acquistarla e.... era marcata 45 euro. Quando l'ho fatto notare alla commessa mi ha detto che probabilmente il post era vecchio (pubblicato solo 10 giorni prima) e gli arrivano i capi continuamente e che quindi quella in negozio veniva 45, anche se era identica a quella sul post (come confermato dalla commessa stessa)!!!! Avrebbe fatto più bella figura ad ammettere l'errore e farmi pochi euro di sconto invece che insistere.... oppure è tutto studiato a tavolino per attirare i clienti con prezzi più bassi???!!!!!

Risposta alla vostra risposta: è vero che si può sbagliare a scrivere un post, ma al momento che la cliente lo fa notare il minimo è ammettere l’errore, chiedere scusa e fare pochi spicci di sconto, non dire che i capi arrivano di continuo e quindi in quel momento costava più! Inoltre sono qui a raccontare ciò che mi è successo, non sono di certo un fenomeno da tastiera come mi avete definita. Infine complimenti per la risposta data, rende onore e dimostra quanto...

A fabulous shop. With quality clothes, variety and style , went in with a friend..not wanting to purchase anything..&I ended up buying 4 pieces of clothing..the staff were fantastic, and we stayed there for what seemed like an hour ..so much fun...
