Whilst I’m sure they do great manicures here I went for eyelash extensions and it was a total disaster. It’s the worst job I’ve ever had in my life and they have come out in huge clumps. They were not done as a one on one lash job or with volume lashes but with so much glue that it hurt to touch them - they were like cardboard. I’m sure they are great at other things here but they cannot do eyelash extensions. My own eyelashes also came out with the mass clumps of glue. I am devastated and I look like a bald eagle. Federica was amazing! I called for a same day appointment & she was able to do a regular mani/pedi & somehow managed to fixed my very damaged nails (from gel manicures in the USA). Federica & Andrea were very professional. Federica spoke very good English (my Italian is not very good) & their products are wonderful. Such an AMAZING experience!! The people who runs the salon was so welcomming and my nails looks great. I recommand this place to everyone.
