everything is wrong from the start. you walk in, ask for ice cream and with a sarcastic smile are sent to the corner first to pay. in the middle of the street, where you confuse the waiters, etc during this period the young lady who sells stands in vain and waits. you go buy and all you want is for them to recommend between 2 flavours, especially since one of them didn't have a table of contents on the front. otherwise it's all a showcase, the one in the center without boards. the young lady does not listen and talks nonsense. gets angry and still without listening launches the respective aroma. subsequently he is asked for 2 flavors in the same glass. starts a quarrel that would not have existed if the young lady had LISTENED to what the customer wanted and wanted to help. but she is bored, tired and impatient. 2 others rushed to her aid and only the third managed to put 2 cups in the same glass and not 1 cup in each glass. I'm sorry, it was a special day for us and we were treated very badly. it is true that the voice has risen, but the sellers have not been disappointed either. tutto è sbagliato dall'inizio. entri, chiedi il gelato e sorridendo sarcastico vieni spedito all'angolo per primo a pagare. in mezzo alla strada, dove confondi i camerieri, ecc durante questo periodo la signorina che vende sta invano e aspetta. vai a comprare e tutto ciò che vuoi è che ti consiglino tra 2 gusti, soprattutto perché uno di loro non aveva una tabella con i contenuti sul davanti. altrimenti è tutta una vetrina, quella al centro senza assi. la signorina non ascolta e dice sciocchezze. si arrabbia e ancora senza ascoltare lancia il rispettivo aroma. successivamente gli vengono chiesti 2 gusti nello stesso bicchiere. inizia una lite che non sarebbe esistita se la signorina avesse ASCOLTATO ciò che il cliente voleva e voleva aiutare. ma è annoiata, stanca e impaziente. Altri 2 si sono precipitati in suo aiuto e solo il terzo è riuscito a mettere 2 tazze nello stesso bicchiere e non 1 tazza in ogni bicchiere. Mi dispiace, è stato un giorno speciale per noi e siamo stati trattati molto male. è vero che la voce si è alzata, ma neanche i venditori si sono delusi. Ottima la posizione. Peccato il servizio scadente. Mi sono fermata in questo bar più che altro per comodità, ma non credo ci tornerò. Eravamo in 5 e ci siamo seduti. Nessuno è venuto a sparecchiare il tavolo (abbiamo preso noi tutti i bicchieri e le tazzine di caffè e li abbiamo appoggiati nel tavolo di fianco appena si è liberato).Per ordinare abbiamo aspettato più di 20 minuti, altrettanti ne abbiamo aspettati per ricevere l'ordine. Quando è arrivata la cameriera ho chiesto se ci poteva dare una pulita al tavolo visibilmente sporco e con la mano ha spostato le briciole buttandole per terra, senza passarlo con almeno uno straccio. Abbiamo ordinato due caffè shakerati e ci sono arrivati 2 caffè in un bicchierino con 2 cubetti di ghiaccio, quando l'abbiamo fatto notare la cameriera ci ha risposto seccata che quello è il caffè freddo. Per accompagnare i 3 aperitivi abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi se ci portavano almeno due patatine. La cameriera è corsa dentro ed è tornata fuori praticamente lanciando sul tavolo un sacchetto tipo quello del pane mezzo unto con 4 patatine dentro. Ora io capisco che c'è molta gente, ho fatto la cameriera anche io e l'estate in certi giorni c'è da impazzire, ma non pretendevamo un buffet, ma visto che tra caffè e aperitivi gli abbiamo lasciato giù più di 20 euro, almeno un po' di cortesia quella sì. Guardandoci intorno poi, abbiamo notato gli altri bar molto più curati e dove non c'era la stessa sporcizia per terra...
