There are companies that actually care for their customers, not like this one. Tried to order product on Lavazza web site. The final step of the checkout kept failing with an error "oops...something went wrong unfortunately your purchase cannot be completed at the moment due to a system error. Try again later." OK, I checked all my information and payment details and tried few more times. Same message every single time. So I gave up. Later that day I see multiple identical charges on my card. But yet no confirmation email. Immediately contact Badvazza through their web site. No response. Contact them again the next day. No response. Try to use their chat tool, which asks you to select home or business customer type. Click on home customer and you get the business customer support site. Their customer service is unresponsive, does not care, or both. Get a better coffee from someone who cares about...
