16/10/2022: A friend of mine bought me a Dior while he’s traveling to Europe.

4/11/2022: I found out that the Dior was a defect item.

5/11/2022: Brings the pouch to Dior to claim for warranty, SA say that they will send to HK service center and it takes 2-3 months because there is no service center in KL. Also, they will advise me on the repair charges. I asked why am I being charged since the pouch is under 2 years warranty?SA says the warranty covers the stitching and metal only.

So Dior sells defect item that is not covered under the warranty and wants me to pay for the repair? Well done!

Then the SA say he will explain to the service center and it should be no charges coz it is clearly a defect item and I just bought it with less than 3 weeks.

This is a small, blink and you’ll miss it kind of store in bilanes of Venice. We were greeted and attended quickly. The collection is limited but curated. I knew what I wanted but the store is so lovely that we had to take our time browsing, the clothes specially are exquisite.
