コロナ前にこのビルが出来てから、北谷はこのシーサイドエリアが最も盛り上がるエリアとなりました。残念ながらコロナ禍の当初は経営が厳しくなり退店したお店もありましたが、その期間を持ちこたえたお店はコロナ前の盛り上がりをみせています。クリスマスシーズンはイルミネーションも綺麗です。海外感もあり、昼も夜も観光客と沖縄県民の遊び場として大混雑しています。北谷には無料駐車場がたくさんありますので、それが沖縄県民の遊び場(とくに若者の)として選ばれている理由かと思います。シーサイドビルに入居するほとんどの飲食店はオーシャンビューという素晴らしいロケーションです。ビルの作りが面白く、階段や通路が迷路のように複雑な作りとなっているため散策するだけで楽しいエリアです。ちょっとした隙間から覗く海が美しく、写真映えするスポットです。早朝に海を眺めながら散歩すると空いてるし爽やかで気に入っています。朝早くからモーニングできるお店もあります。

宿から徒歩10分のアメリカンビレッジにあるポーたまで最終日朝ご飯です初めて食べて美味しかったので再度購入朝は人がいないのと、まだ店が空いてない所もあり気持ち良い朝を迎えられました開店時間に行ったので混んでませんでした
