I hope shop owner can follow up and talked with me. I bought an Olympus MJU-zoom film camera last month Nov and it turned out the internal lens has fungus. I just developed the film and All the pictures turned out blurry , with patches. I am very disappointed. All good memories are blurry. The owner should have checked and serviced it before selling to the customer. I hope the owner read this and respond back to see if he can help. Status update: after I sent to repair shop. The lens is filled with mold. Totally unethical to sell an unusable camera. I request for owner to provide a justification and refund. Latest update: went back to the shop end March. Return and refund process was seamless. The shop manager acknowledged and honoured the return. Truly honest and commendable. Thank you very much.

Very friendly staff members! They clearly know their cameras and they have a nice collection of second hand cameras available. Located on the second story, it's fun to browse around. We found the Gold Contax T2, near mint condition. They also carry a wide selection of broken camera parts and lenses. If I lived here I would purchase them for an art project.

This is a gem and a beautiful shop. I bought a mechanical analogue for my collection, the price was very fair and the employees are very helpful. We need to keep this kind of shop alive and part of Fukuoka heritage.

Went here to buy film and to see if the staff could help us get stuck film out of a camera. They were super helpful and very kind, they used a black bag and were very careful to try not damage the film anymore than we had.
