スパ・トリニテ — Local services in Kyoto

Disappointing, extremely. The other year it was possible to go to the Spa and have a massage service. Had looked forward to it again. Friend loved it and decided to book hotel on next trip. Unfortunately for me it was a wasted trip and rules had changes and it was no longer possible for me without a hotel reservation. Seems the great spa experience encouraged some people on their next trip to book the hotel too, but after this experience I have a bad feeling, because I could not join friend and the option to go to Spa was no longer possible. Before it was a great way to make people happily aware of the hotel by getting them in for the Spa (also there was guest and non-guest price). Now it is sad, and it was a completely wasted trip as only overnight guest can do Spa. They should allow at a visitors price. That would encourage people to be aware of hotel, let others know, and may increase popularity and overnight bookings for hotel, rather than leaving people sad and...

It’s a very strange rule that only guests are allowed to visit the onsen. Last time, we were there on September 26, and we were allowed in after purchasing a massage. ホテルモントレには何度もお世話になっておりますが、ひどい仕様変更があったと思いましたので投稿致します。

これまでのスパトリニテは、料金は若干高額に感じることがありましたが、その分混雑も抑えられており快適に利用ができ、シティホテルらしいスパとしての格式を感じられました。

しかし先日泊まると、宿泊者の利用が無料になっており、混雑がひどく、格式も何も感じることができません。 下記問題点記載いたします。

①浴場内で聞こえる大声の外国語 ②走り回る子供 ③ロッカーの数が要因となる入浴の為の待ち時間(この待ちは客室の混雑状況空は見えない) ④体を洗ってから入浴と館内に記載あるが洗い場が少ない ⑤利用時間が23時迄

①マナーの問題ではあると思いますが、風呂場で大声での外国語での会話をされて嫌な気持ちにならない日本人は少ないのでしょうか 受付でのこういったことの注意喚起を徹底できているのか、と疑問に思うレベルです。

②こちらもマナーの問題ですが、子供が走り回り叫ぶ。正直いってホテルのスパとして格式が落ちたと感じます。

③利用が何時間までと具体的に決められていないものを、待つ。 ラウンジ等もある関係でゆっくりする方も多いと思われますが、それでも待つしかないシステム。 記名等をしての順番待ちシステムや、客室から何組待っているか等のシステム改修等、改善の余地があるにも関わらずおざなりな運営がされているなと思います。
